Angela Martino, Clinical Counseling Intern

Angela was born and raised in Binghamton, NY, but has lived in Annapolis since 2012. Angela earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish from Binghamton University and her master’s in Teaching a Foreign Language from SUNY Oneonta. Currently, Angela is completing her second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands.

As a teacher, Angela has over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and continues to work with them as a counseling intern. Angela specializes in working with adults and adolescents struggling through anxiety and depression, and those in a stage of transition. Angela takes a person-centered approach, working with clients to set and reach their individual goals. She believes strongly that the therapeutic relationship is paramount to client success.
