Sean Lynch, LCSW, PhD

Dr. Lynch has been a licensed certified social worker for more than 10 years. He has past experience working in outpatient mental health, substance abuse prevention/treatment, and social service settings with adults, youth, and families. He has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the North American Association of Christians in Social Work. He was formerly a faculty member at the University of Florida-Jacksonville School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Lynch received his master’s and doctoral degrees in social welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles. He works with: youth, adults, couples, and families He helps them address Issues such as: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, coping skills, anger management, marriage/family relationship concerns, men’s issues, post-traumatic stress/moral injury, alcohol use He specializes in: gender/sexual identity, families with a transgender member
Dr. Lynch’s approach is to meet individuals and families “where they are,” and integrates individuals’ faith and their values into the treatment process.
