Rebecca Mitch McKee, LCPC, CFC, BC-TMH is the President and Executive Director of Anne Arundel Counseling, Inc. (AAC) and Bay Area Christian Counseling, LLC (BACC)—two of Maryland’s premier mental health and wellness practices. With a career devoted entirely to clinical excellence and personal wellness, Rebecca is widely recognized for her leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to high-quality, ethical behavioral health care. Her expertise has enabled her to build and lead a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled clinicians who provide compassionate, evidence-based services in a warm, supportive, and empowering environment designed to foster meaningful personal growth and lasting change.

Under Rebecca’s leadership as an executive director, clinical and forensic psychotherapist, and board-certified telemental health provider, AAC and BACC have distinguished themselves as trusted leaders in comprehensive mental health and wellness services throughout the State of Maryland. Both practices serve adults, adolescents, and children through individualized, family, and group counseling, with a focus on whole-person care and improved quality of life.

Rebecca is a respected leader within the counseling profession and has held numerous influential roles, including Past President of the Maryland Counseling Association, Past President of the Counselors Association of Anne Arundel County, and Board Member of the Anne Arundel County Collaborative Professionals, Inc. Her professional accomplishments have earned her multiple Who’s Who Honors, National Leadership Awards, Honorary Chairman status with the Business Advisory Council, and appointment to the Governor’s Council C-Safe Team. She has been featured in regional publications and on the Anne Arundel County Educational Access Television Channel, and is a published author of articles, newsletters, and journal submissions. A dynamic and sought-after consultant, Rebecca regularly delivers keynote addresses, professional trainings, and workshops to organizations throughout Maryland.

In addition to her executive and clinical leadership, Rebecca is a highly regarded clinical and forensic practitioner, providing comprehensive outpatient assessments and treatment, private family and civil mediation, court-specific and custody evaluations, Collaborative Law coaching, and expert and fact witness services. She is deeply committed to advancing innovative mental health care, mentoring clinicians, and fostering collaborative partnerships that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
